Questions, answered

How much room do I need for delivery?

Our tilt-bed trucks need a level, firm spot — no foundation required. Allow about 95 feet of straight-line room for a 20' container and about 120 feet for a 40', about 13 feet of width, and clear overhead space (no low wires or branches).

When do I pay?

Nothing is due until delivery. When your container arrives you can pay by cash, card, ACH or wire.

How fast is delivery?

Delivery timing depends on your location — once your order is confirmed, we schedule it and confirm your delivery date with you.

What warranty do I get?

Every container is covered by our 5-year warranty against leaks and holes. Send us photos of any leak or hole and we'll send a free repair kit.

Can I pick my color?

Tell us your color when you book. We can request a color for you, but we can't guarantee the color.

Can I come see one first?

Our yards aren't open to visits, and we deliver every order. Nothing is due until your container arrives. Yes — once your container is assigned, we'll send you photos of the actual unit before it ships out.

Does the price include delivery?

Yes. The price you see is the delivered price for your ZIP.

Why do you need my ZIP?

We price by delivery ZIP. Without it we can't give you an exact delivered price.

Do you deliver to my area?

We deliver across the US by truck. Enter your ZIP to see your delivered price.

How wide and tall are they?

All are 8' wide. The 20' and 40' standard are 8'6" tall; the 40' high cube is 9'6" tall. See the size table for inside measurements.

What's the difference between used and new?

Used (wind and watertight) containers are structurally sound and keep wind and water out, with normal wear like dents, surface rust and faded paint. Both used and new carry our 5-year leak and hole warranty.

Will a used one leak?

Used units are wind and watertight. If a leak or hole ever shows up within 5 years, send us photos and we'll ship a free repair kit.

Do you take checks or purchase orders?

Yes, as prepayment or for verified businesses. Book your container and mention it in the site notes, and we'll set it up.

Do I need a foundation?

No. Pick the most level, firm ground you have. Doors can be hard to open if it isn't level.

I need more than one. Can you deliver them together?

Yes, we can quote more than one. Quote and book each container here and mention it in the site notes, and we'll coordinate the delivery.
